General Information
The Luxury Bag Arts (the “Merchant” or “Sponsor”) is an eCommerce platform devoted to the sale of digital art inspired by the world of luxury handbags. The platform operates in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, including the applicable regulations of the Department of Consumer Affairs (DACO) and the Puerto Rico Department of Treasury.
Acceptance of the Terms
Participation in any promotion or giveaway implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Mandatory Legal Notice
No purchase, payment, or transaction of any kind is necessary to participate or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
Digital Product
The products offered by The Luxury Bag Arts consist exclusively of digital artwork delivered electronically.
Method Of Participation
Participation through purchase.
For each eligible purchase of digital artwork, the participant may receive promotional entries as announced in each promotion.
Free Participation Method (Required by DACO)
To participate for free, the participant must request the official instructions by sending an email to theluxurybagarts@gmail.com during the promotion period.
Request for Instructions
The mail must include the applicant’s full name and an explicit request for free participation.
Once the instructions have been received, the participant must send a letter written legibly on a card or paper approximately 3” x 5” in size that includes:
Full name
Physical address in Puerto Rico
Phone number
Email address
Date of birth
Statement of free participation
All mail-in entries must bear a postmark no later than the promotion’s closing date and must be received within the period established in the Official Rules. Each valid entry received by mail will count as one (1) entry in the drawing.
The letter must be sent inside a standard business envelope (#10), with the appropriate postage, to the following address: PO Box 431 Salinas PR. 00751.
Eligibility
Legal residents of Puerto Rico and the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older may participate.
Winner Selection
The winner will be selected through a random drawing from among all valid entries.
Taxes
The winner will be responsible for any applicable taxes in accordance with the Puerto Rico Department of Treasury.
Applicable Law And Jurisdiction
These rules shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
Severability
If any provision is declared invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Modifications Of Terms
The Luxury Bag Arts may update or modify these Terms at any time.
The current version will always be the one published on this page.
Continued use of the site constitutes full acceptance of any changes.
